Terms of purchase for NordFiness AB


We want you as a customer to feel safe and satisfied when you shop at NordFiness. Below are our terms and conditions that govern your purchase, delivery, returns, complaints and handling of personal data.

2. Payment
2.1. NordFiness offers secure payment solutions via Klarna, including invoice, partial payment and card payment (Visa, Mastercard).
2.2. Card payments are protected with 3D-secure to ensure security.
2.3. Payment is made according to the terms and conditions that apply to the respective payment method.
2.4. An order confirmation is automatically sent via email when your order has been registered, however this is not binding. The agreement only comes into force upon delivery confirmation.

3. Delivery
3.1. Normal delivery time is 1–3 working days from received and approved payment.
3.2. Delivery is made with the carriers we cooperate with, such as PostNord and Instabox.
3.3. The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before completing the order. Free shipping is offered for order values over [insert amount].
3.4. In the event of delays, you will be notified via email and have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

4. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
4.1. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods according to the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act.
4.2. The right of withdrawal means that you can return the goods without giving a reason.
4.3. The product may be tested and opened, but not used or damaged.
4.4. Personalized products or hygiene items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. This is always clearly stated in the product information.

5. Returns and exchanges
5.1. Please contact customer service before returning an item for instructions.
5.2. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. When exchanging a product, you place a new order and return the item you want to exchange according to our return terms.
5.4. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in good condition with all accessories.

6. Complaints
6.1. If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, a complaint must be made as soon as possible and no later than 2 months from the discovery of the fault.
6.2. Complaints are made by contacting customer service with a description and, if possible, a picture of the error.
6.3. If the complaint is approved, NordFiness is responsible for the return shipping and replaces the product or offers another solution.

7. Unclaimed packages
7.1. If the package is not collected within the specified time, it will be automatically returned to us.
7.2. When debiting a return, an administration and handling fee of SEK 199 will be added.

8. Refund
8.1. Refunds for approved returns will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
8.2. Shipping costs for the original delivery are normally not refunded, except in the event of a complaint or incorrect delivery.
8.3. Return fees or administration costs may be deducted from the refund.

9. Personal data and privacy
9.1. NordFiness processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy.
9.2. Personal data is used to handle orders, deliveries, customer service and marketing (with consent).
9.3. You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

10. Disputes and complaints board
10.1. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with NordFiness, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) or the EU's dispute resolution platform.
10.2. NordFiness follows ARN's recommendations.

11. Product safety
11.1. All products sold by NordFiness meet applicable safety requirements and are CE marked where required.
