We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at NordFiness. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date you received it to return the item .
Here's how to return or exchange an item:

Describe what you want to return or exchange, as well as your order number.
2.Return shipping is paid by the customer
You as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
3.Exchange of goods
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want instead. Then return the item you are not satisfied with as described above.
4.Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the price of the item to you. Please note that any shipping costs for the original delivery will not be refunded.
Important to consider:
1.The goods must be returned in their original condition and unused with all labels still attached.
2.Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
3.We recommend that you keep the receipt or proof of return shipping for your own safety.
