How do I know that my order has been processed?
When you make a purchase, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. When the product leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate delivery confirmation with more information. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
How long is the delivery time?
We normally pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time is usually 1–4 working days depending on shipping method and where in Sweden you live.
Can I return an item?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us at kundservice@nordfiness.se before returning anything, and we will help you with the return process.
In the case of a regular return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. In the case of a complaint (defective or incorrect product), we are of course responsible for the return shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies between 22sek and 49sek depending upon weight of the order.
- Orders under 50 g are sent as untrackable mail via PostNord.
- Orders over 50 g are shipped with PostNord or Instabox, and are trackable.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 400 SEK.
